    Folks, Chaz and Jill could really use lots of prayer. Jill is not doing well at all and wants to go home. Poor Chaz is really torn up. They both need help.

    Please say a prayer for my coworker and BBQ comrade mechdesigner87 who suffered a torn Achilles tendon last night. He will undergo surgery June 5th.

    Hey all.
    I've been fairly quiet on Jill's health issues.

    It was mentioned to me by another member that some members would appreciate more info.

    So.. with a heavy heart..

    I spoke at length with Jill's primary care physician today.. certain elements I was either not fully informed on, or was in an inappropriate mindset to capture the full scope of the situation.

    It boils down to the fact that she has a tumor in her GI system that is basically inoperable.

    Not that they couldn't do the procedure, but she would not likely survive the surgery, or the ensuing recovery.

    She also does not want to go through all the hospitalization, and associated crap.

    So.. while it wrenches my gut to say this.. she is basically terminal.

    I hope that is satisfactory, as I refuse to elaborate any further.

    Please take no offense. I did not, as I know there are many, many members here that care for her. ❤
