It's got a seat too. Shouldn't ever need sharpened and no foolish 2 stroke mix. It'll even cut below the ground. Shown above is the 3' "bar". This 5' bar should be handy! Now it's downside is it's not very portable and it's heavy. but it is self propelled for shorter distances.
Similar but the rotation is part of the bucket and only that bucket vs. any bucket or attachment as in the video. It does have the hydraulic pin grab for attachment exchange. Here's some excavator porn pwxR5PW64 This is called a "tilt rotator". I imagine that requires hundreds of hours of seat time to get good with it.
I don't have one of those "tilt rotators", I guess my link didn't work. That Geith bucket is just a grading or ditching bucket. It'll swing about 40* up/down from level by a pair of cylinders. Very handy for grading anything that's not on the same plane as the machine.
