Willow?

    Came across these two logs today and they decided to sprout sone leaves to help with ID. Lightweight, obviously junk wood in the big picture, but is this willow and if not, what is it?

    The bark doesnt look like it. Ive only cut some once as i thought it was mulberry.

    Im thinking it may be black gum? BG bark can resemble white oak bark at times and some of yours looks like WO. The leaves look close to BG.

    I know of no willow that is even 1/2 decent firewood. :confused:
