    Oh I'm sorry about your son, she ended up in a newly remodeled birthing suite, nicer than hotels we've stayed at with big screen tv and the works, she got a kick out of that so hopefully that overrides the 1st day/night in the ER.

    When it rains it pores….
    They found a large growth in Dad’s small intestine that was bleeding… so that was removed. Recovering well.
    BUT…. there is always something… :doh:
    When Mom was there yesterday morning, waiting for them to release Dad, she got dizzy and fainted. Banged her head on something on the way down.
    So they rushed her down to the ER… did a laundry basket of tests yesterday and this morning…. Said she was just dehydrated…. But then found out this isn’t the first event in the last month…. :picard:
    So they are both at home currently… keeping fingers crossed.. :tears:

    It’s OK… they are home now…
    I guess I’m a realist…. Mom is 85, Dad will be 90 in June… unfortunately they won’t live forever.

    AMEN TO THAT!! I’m very happy for all of you! We tend to rely too much on doctors, medication,when all we have to do is REALLY TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY PUT IT ALL IN GODS HANDS! Then really PRAY that people give GOD EVERY BIT OF THE GLORY!! I cannot stress this enough. Our mens PRAYER group PRAY for all “things” no matter what! From healthy babies to individual blessings, the POWER OF GOD IS TOTALLY AMAZING! “We” just don’t give GOD, the PRAISE AND ATTENTION GOD REALLY DESERVES! Wake up people! He’s here, right now, on this page, listening, watching, hearing us.RIGHT NOW THIS VERY SECOND, Praise GOD, all you have to do is ask, GOD IS ALWAYS AROUND,!!

    Y'all please pray for healing for my
    co-worker, Jordan Hooks. He was riding down the river last Friday, when he lost control and hit the bank. Cut a big gash in his leg, he's still in the hospital with 4 different types of bacteria in it. Looks like he has a wound vac on it... 34651.jpeg

    Update on Jordan, he's still in the hospital, may be there till mid next week. He said it's looking better.
    He said the ER Dr at the first hospital didn't clean it good enough, stitched him up and there was bacteria still there. Got bad infection, he siad the hole is so big now from where they had to do surgery on his leg.
