Morning all. Clear and sunny this morning. It might get warm this afternoon. We had a good trip yesterday except for our friend still being in isolation so we didn't get to see him. We will have to phone him today and talk to him that way. We took Shadow with us and managed to find parking spots in the shade for her while she waited for us. She is such a good traveler.
campinspecter hit his hand last week and took off some skin on a finger so he won't be going out for firewood until that heals.

Backwoods Savage sorry to hear about the fall. I hope you can recovery quickly.
MikeInMa we have had our first lawn mowing last week and it was still rather damp so it was hard going. This afternoon may be dry enough to do the rest of the lawn. I think it will take a few more days of dry weather before we can try de-thatching it. The moss is slowly taking over.

Good morning! 64F and sunny. It looks like we'll have a few days without rain. After work last night, I was able to split some silver maple, honey locust and boxelder to finish filling a tote and move it to the drying yard before the rain moved in. The skid steer did get a little wet before it got back to the barn. Looks like we have a girls' track meet tonight so probably not much will get accomplished. Have a God day!

Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all habe a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. 66°, hea8 to upper 80's. Got 1 more night to work. Need about 2 small oak logs to finish that rack, then some clean up/organization on the woodyard, move some 2+ yr old mixed splits to another shed for personal use, that will free up about 4.5 cords of room in the biggest shed for more oak.

Morning all. Going to be another great sunny day in paradise here. campinspecter was able to mow the lawns yesterday. Now the moss can dry out a bit. it is Twin day at school today so the three of us working in the office are going as triples. Three black old crows in the office. I don't think the students will get the joke.

Texted my injured coworker last night, he had the boat wreck last Friday, it did mess his leg up, he said it had gotten 4 different types of bacteria in it from the water. He has a wound vac on it, still in the hospital.
He sent me a picture......
Say a little prayer for his healing. We're supposed to go to PA in June.

 

Hope y'all have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. 67° this morning. Got another score of 2 water oaks to clean up this morning, just load and haul, most of the brush has been moved.
We will take it to a Veteran friend down the road from us, help him cut it up later.
