20230504_175811.jpg Finally had time to get back to working on these big blocks. 394 with a 24 makes easy work of it.

Those are some serious rounds? What length were they cut to? With 16" long rounds i like using a 20" bar on my bigger saws.

Looks typical of one of my scores. Sure is a lot of splits laying there.

18 inches. 24 is the smallest bar I have for the saw. The power it has I don't think it would make that much difference.

Got the saw from Huskihl and wonder why I waited so long. I'll be sending it to him for a port job before winter

Ive noodled with a 25 before, but with the 20 there's fewer teeth to sharpen. I gave it a try one day and it kicked azz in bucking as well as noodling.

My 500i @ 79cc the largest saw ive ever run so i cant imagine running that saw, let alone a ported one.

You better bring a photo album to the GTG. As scary as it it is we may be able to make a tic tok calendar. Make a few bucks off your bad decisions anyway :)

Right now it's stock but still very impressive. I have a 38 inch bar for it and it pulls it like it's a 24

All I know it's easier than wrestling them.
