No, Miz Carol was the ground crew. Basket is small on that lift. Barely room for me and 2 saws. Used the Echo 2511T and Stihl MS180 for most of the work. The XS362 took care of the biggest limbs and stump cuts. This is 1 of the trees we can get and a young limb coming off the trunk. Does that look like BL to you? Never cut any. If it is, I'm glad GA is a long way from Connecticut...
Send Miz Carol up solo and take pics and video...FHC would LOVE to see her in action! The thorns look too "dainty" for BL and not all BL has thorns. Not that often i encounter fresh limbs either to see the thorns. Not sure if No worries on the BL. If i was close id gladly help you on the job.
Our neighbor from Atlanta, bought 2 acres next to us several years ago. He asked if we could take 3 trees down for him, a black walnut and 2 pines... Tuesday afternoon, while the grou6 was still soft from recent rain, the Kubota got the call... Dug around it, broke about 3 big roots... With the heavy lean and some pushing, laid it down... Wednesday afternoon, it was the pines turn. The XS352 and XS4910 got the call for this... Knocking the Virginia creeper vines off Getting the back cut in. Chain on the XS 362 wasn't cutting good, swapped to the Echo...man, that saw eats, even with .325 chain... Starting to go... Going... Gone...down safe... The huskihl XS4910 ate that pine up... Got it all cleaned up... Got it loaded on the trailer, then added a few leftover logs from our place to finish the load. Taking it to the chip mill today...
