So this is the woke CEO of the company my wife works for. One who only promotes women, who has a goal of staffing with 40% minorities in the name of equity and inclusion. One who will have her underlings hire less qualified women or minorities off the street over more qualified, long term workers because they are white men. This woman herself has gotten over a million dollar bonus each year she has been there. Now, this isn't me saying CEOs shouldn't make a lot of money. I believe a person can and should make as much as they want or can. That said, I also believe that if a company can't pay bonuses to the people actually making the company its money, no one else in the company should get a bonus either. There is way more to this than this little tidbit of mine that I'm writing. Like giving 60% of your workforce a $4-$6 an hour raise and the rest 50 cents an hour. There are people with 30 years making less than a 3 year employee because of this nonsense. Anyway, enjoy her message.... They are trying to do damage control now. People were burning their Miller knoll furniture live on Twitter and Instagram yesterday. One of the workers had it live streaming at his machine all day.
.....no. She did get in trouble a while back for posting a Twitter vid saying how much she loves working from home as she walked around taking video of the inside of her house. The board made her remove the video.
When I get some more time I'll explain what really has people angry and it started before this vid but because of her.
