Drain hose on the washing machine took a crap today. Well, guess I should call it a leak. Gonna run to hardware in the A.M. to find out if I can hook something up.....like heater hose? Or, maybe they even have a drain hose kit for washers? that'd be nice.

Some spring bulbs are popping up next to the foundations of some homes facing south.
I spent half the day yesterday at the VA emergency room. My heart was acting out again. BP dropped too low and pulse was way too fast. Normally, I have high blood pressure and take many meds for it. They gave me something IV push and converted the rhythm back to my normal first degree block. They allowed me to go home because I live just 3 miles away. Got up this Am and that horrid feeling was gone.

you know, no matter how hard you try, there is always something like that just waiting to happen. Normally those events don't make appointments! I am fortunate to have a couple of sons who are very handy, but repairmen in our area can be contacted and will respond. What I don't like is losing power or having plumbing issues. My son waits a long time before he'll hook up the generator. He is handing with some plumbing, but what he can't do I'll hire out for. Had a hot water heater go on me once while we had guest staying. Lucky for me the company had men on call who came and changed it out. I got rid of that whole system and now have on demand. Love it. Saw your post about all the snow you have. Cheer up, spring will come for you and when it does it will change over in just a few weeks.

temps aren't bad today, but it is wet and windy so it seems cool. Looks like a warm up heading our way next week. Good, we haven't had a warm up day yet this year. Usually had a few by now, but no. If I can muster up some energy, I'll take my scooter out and see if I can trim some hydrangeas. didn't get to it last year and the buds were small. I'll try to trim it back the way it should be.

70 degree beautiful day here. Took 1/2 day off and I’m moving some 6-7 year air dried ash slabs so I can extend my 65’ stack. What a mess! Twice I’ve thrown old pool covers over the stack and the weather broke them down pretty good. I did have rubber over most of it.

Rear drive dual looked kinda low on air during my pre trip inspection. Inside tire was off the bead. Took truck to tire shop 1 mile down the road and they removed this from the tire... 0406231238_Film2.jpg

They had me up and running within 45 minutes. Good group of guys at the tire shop.

That seems to happen all the time. You either have a trusted mechanic or you have to go at it on your own.

Oh Larry I got a trusted mechanic! He told me the rim was bent on summer tires. He has a small shop and lets me find parts to save him time and me $

that price was for the wheel or rim
