What kinda of felling cut is this?

    This comes from a Craigslist listing. This was a picture posted along with a few more. But what kinda of felling cut is this? Never seen such a cut before..

    It almost looks like the bar wasn't big enough and he just kept whittling away at it.

    That's the well known two-toed ballerina cut. Narrow pointed hinge. When it falls in your direction, you run screaming like a little girl... :hair:

    Supposeably they cut down 3 or 4 walnut trees. But the cut caught my eye.....as a "Failed" cut...

    It may only only be so tall but, still that's a scary cut or carving whatever fits...
