Sunday wings can't go wrong on the weber! Well, unless you just don't cook them long enough. I go indirect for 50ish mins maybe sometimes an hour then give them a quick sear over the heat.

A friend is getting married this weekend and asked me to smoke up 30 pounds of pork. 20 hours for all 3, pecan/apple/mesquite, Sweet Preacher dry rub, and some sticky fingers Sweet sauce for the tray. "Some" of it didn't make it in the tray heading to the wedding.
