Thanks man. I think I watched their cutting/lighting video. Don’t know why I didn’t think to check and see about the uneven burn. That Esteli tasted better than the Montecristo platinum I had a couple weeks ago.

You're welcome fella. I've only smoked for a little over 5 years, and probably don't smoke as many cigars as most. So, I'm learning along with everyone else. I mostly smoke cigarillos and then I'll have a bigger one, once a week-ish.

That's the beauty of cigars, there's something for everyone, and everyone's palate is different. Ironically, the Montecristo Platinum, is my favorite cigar, so far.

    Happy smoking!

Yeah in checking out the different cigar sites there is a lot of variety. Don’t get me wrong I liked the Montecristo. It had good depth and was good from start to finish. I just liked the flavor of the Esteli more. I’m looking forward to trying others out as the mood strikes me which mostly seems to be when I have some free time to relax outside. I drove past the Arturo Fuente factory in Tampa today. Sadly my wife vetoed a stop.:picard:

Brother's wife always asks..."Dear, do you think we'll be passing any garage sales today?"

    He answers "Yup! Every one!"

Insert casino, sewing shops, whatever, ............and remember to mention the arturo fuente factroy pass by!

Seriously though. I’d much rather have the whole family happy at the Aquarium vs. just me happy at Arturo Fuente… maybe next time.

Hall84 probably wouldn’t get an ear full from his wife if he pulled in there, in fact he probably would get an ear full from her; telling him to pull in there so they could check it out.

I see that Outlaw has opened up a new cigar store/brewery over by I29 & Bedford on the north side of the river. I occasionally haul corn into that Ingedion facility over there. It’s probably closer to you than the other north store isn’t it ?

It was a slow burner, it lasted about 1-1/2 hours. I smoked it down to about 1” & it was still cool. It had decent flavor, I got hints of some dry chocolate occasionally. I would recommend trying one out.

It looks like you can score a box of 20 for $43.50 on Cbid.

I bought one these to keep some cigarillos in, I gave $8 for it. My cousin likes the Drew Estate Factory Smokes Cigarillos Sweets.

I tried buying him boxes of 50 & they were selling for $50 or more plus shipping, 10 packs were going for $6-$8 a pack, made no sense to buy the boxes.

Soooo, I just waited for new auctions to start & bid on all 50 packs available @ $5.50 on one auction & all 50 in the other for $5 on the other. :loco:

Any guesses on how many I got from each auction ? :picard:

Just in case you are curious about how many cigarillos you can fit in one of those Boveda bags.
