One thing I initially overlooked is that the IS doesn't include the rear heat shield. The PH does. Including it on the IS reduces the rear clearance from 14" to 6". Just added it late last week. Figured if I missed that maybe others might have too....but maybe not. ;)

You don't see that everyday when a stove gets delivered, a crane on the back of a utility truck.
Looking good JA! Better in your garage than at WS.
Whats the plan? When are you setting it into place?

Looks great! I am still getting used to how freaking big this thing is sitting in our living room. These pictures on here simply do not do justice.

My first impression when I saw it too, its a big stove. How you going to get it into your living room? My PH is sitting in my garage too, contemplating my next move, suckers heavy.

I had three guys help me get it off my truck, there was no way us 4 old ba$tards were getting it in the house without the proper equipment. My brother in law brought over an appliance dolly but it was broken. I'm going to head to the rental place tomorrow and see what they have. The other option I'm thinking is I golf with a guy that manages a local moving company, I could throw a few bucks his way and have him get a couple of his guys to do it. I ant to get it installed within a couple weeks so I got to get moving.

Nope, no butter. My arteries would clog up before I saw the finished install, and I don't wanna' miss that.

I got the tile grouted and the chimney liner installed so we are getting there! The next thing will be figuring out the double wall stove pipe kit from Lowe's. Then we shall do a test fire :D.

Gettin' excited to see this JA.:dancer:
I like the basic look of the stove with the cabin highlight. The eye goes straight to the cabin.
Now, to have the eye go straight to a fire inside would be even gooder.

I saw some of the new stove WS had coming off the line this week, none of them are mine :(
One was close, it had a maple leaf on the side burner.

I like seeing the stripped down version, that will help me out a lot when I move mine onto the hearth too.
As with yours, my hearth is also even with the main floor. That should help make it easier
    in adjusting the final placement.
    Thanks for sharing JA

Looking good JA, how did you get it from the garage to the hearth?
BTW Loren told me 25 of the IS's have been out the door so far with many others close to being completed. I could have spent a few hours there but was anxious to get my stove home safely.

Impressive numbers, I predict they're going to have a lot of happy customers this heating season.
