They can’t tell you what yesterday’s weather was let alone what tomorrow’s will be. And they get paid good money on top of it.

Spent the day at a couple tractor shops yesterday. Then, when I got home, I did some researching on the web for the ones I picked.

Shut off the computer early and went to bed.....:picard:

Yup I do but you know the old dog new tricks saying. We have had a pretty easy winter up until this week so I can’t complain. I just have to work in it everyday.

Easy winter here too. I guess burning tires and railroad ties and releasing refrigerants all those years is beginning to pay off! :rofl:

No snow here...did get 1.1" rain yesterday though! Just saw the weather report and they said we are over 30" low on snow this year (only get a lil over 50" total/yr average to begin with) but we are still above average on precipitation totals.

Winds were howling last night. Gusts of 60 mph. Wife and I slept downstairs in case of any trees coming down on the house. 1 sheet of metal came off out of 34, not too bad. Should probably drive around and see if any tops snapped or blow overs occurred.

We are actually above normal but not a ton on the ground. We have had too many snow then warm and melt events to build much.

The rack was empty, only the one sheet from the second picture. Sheet metal is dangerous when it goes flying and we saw what was coming. We took the time and precautions to mostly avoid it. Screws and bailing twine.

I just finished plowing our driveway too. We got an inch!

I remember around 4:00 pm yesterday they came out with an updated forecast. Said we could expect 10". Well, we got the 1 but the 0 got lost.  Fools. It is hard to believe our forecasting has got this bad.

And they get paid well. Doesn’t matter if you are right or wrong you still make a good living. What ever happened to caring about what you do and doing your best at it? This is the time out generation in the work force! Just another trophy to collect for failing!
