It may go out like a lion too… I don’t know about Ohio but I’ve seen snow showers at the tail end of April here
Have seen snow every month of the year except August here in Kansas. Have only seen enough to turn the ground white a couple of times over the last several years though. Usually get our biggest storms in April. Keeping my fingers crossed, we need the moisture bad. Getting to the point that hail would even be a good thing.
We're in unusually cold weather here in Wyoming. I feel like we're the only ones with cold. 60+ inches of snow so far this year
They are saying a foot here Friday into Saturday. Although the 4-8 predicted earlier this week was a strong 2…
2018 around mid march we had a storm which dumped at least 12" of snow. I remember it well, we were moving and the driveway and trailer were snowed in.
I was driving to the job yesterday and thought with the winter we've had that id see snow cover on March first. Been warmer the last couple days and a lot has melted. No complaints here.
This has been the norm here the last several years. No snow all winter, and a sucker punch at the end of the season with all the snow in March and April.
The winter definitely started off slow but kicked into gear in late January. Plenty of snow here with more to come. On top of what we already have on the ground, the Sun-Mon storm dropped another 10-12 inches, it's snowing like crazy now so expect another 4-6 today, and the upcoming weekend storm looks to bring another 10-12. I almost took the front-mounted blower off the tractor back in mid-January because the winter was so lame. Glad I didn't. Between the way the late winter storms are coming, coupled with the eventual mud season, I won't be splitting wood until June.
It's been March here in NJ since the cold snap ended just before New Year's Day. 90+ days of the same crappy weather.
