Cheesy movie week. First was a yeti movie, than a suicide one I regret watching, I didn't know he'd actually do it. Today, time warp sci-fi

Wife and I went over to Wal-Fart for paper stuff and a couple other things. $80. :emptywallet: Then we went grocery shopping together. We needed a good list of things so we both went. First time in a loooooong time together. We purchased one grocery cart full. Not heaping. $480.:makeitrain"Why you :BrianK: , the grocery business is rotten!

It’s not just groceries and it’s not any administration’s fault. It’s called greed. Everyone has to have more money than they know what to do with. Then they can rent storage units to store the stuff they don’t use all the time!  Don’t get me goin!

Ken is doing a great job on his latest garage. But I don't think it's big enough for his truck.

I should but not sure we even get PBS anymore. Yes I did live quite near there, Not that far up hwy 36 from my childhood home back then. My family took us up to help clean up. Heartbreaking. Did you hear several years ago a man listed missing from hwy 34 was identified and had been alive the whole time? Flash forward I lived closer to 34 but above the city so I could see everything that went on and the emergency vehicle sirens were so scary. Turns out the wildfire our home survived the year before had caused terrible floods in that canyon too and heavy rains caused flash flooding again. I lost my closest friend in the 97' floods from the Poudre floods and was so worried about my friend that lived east of the mought St Vrain that night. They got by fine thank God. I however was uneasy for 3 days while the helicopters flew over my home all day long to rescue the trapped people west of me in Stove Prairie. I was stuck there 3 days by myself til the roads and bridges were repaired to get up here where we live now, supposed meet husband and lil one a few days before. The wildfire the year 2012 before had helicopters and super long helicopters that were dipping and also suctioning water from the reservoir right in front of my house where I lived above and my husband was having trouble getting home here where we live now to help me and kiddo evacuate. The sound still makes me stop and look til this day.

I don't know how your internet is set up, but you can search and view the RMPBS Colorado Experience on youtube. But be careful.....there's a lot of rabbit holes to go down!

I have youtube on the TV and really enjoy those episodes.

I hope this link shows the playlist for those episodes.

Looks like my small town (6k people) is getting a Runnings. Achilles Agway (which is a local subset of franchisees) will be transferred to Runnings later this spring. It will be interesting to see what changes are coming down the pike.

    Could be hit or miss.

my local running sucks. It’s like 6 miles away. City of 6500

the next closest always shows stuff in stock I have to run to and it’s 17 miles away. City of 12000

the one next to mom’s nursing home shows even more product. Population 60,000. But this is more aimed at city folks. It’s 40 miles away.

where our woods is, that store shows much more and is setup for agriculture and farmer/rural life even better. Population 5000. This is 18 miles from the land.
