Game day deviled eggs! Smoked eggs for an hour. Made bacon on the blackstone and mixed it into the filling. Added Kenny’s honey BBQ seasoning Jalapeños in the bottom Paprika over top!
Looks great! Ive only tried smoking eggs once and found them to be a bit rubbery. Im sure if I tried it again I could get it right. Heres a pic of my ribeye steaks that I did last night. Smoked over pecan at around 200f then took them off at about 125f and cranked the joe to get a good sear. They came out a perfect medium rare. I only took one pic and that was right when I put them on the smoker.
Getting ready to throw some of my famous smoked Mac in cheese in the smoker too! Put it together and threw it in the fridge a few hours ago. Smoking time starts in 1 hour!
All I know that we will have for the super bowl is postickers, tempura shrimp, coconut shrimp, chili, probably taco dip and definitely casamigos tequila. Idk what the others are drinking, but that's what I'm having.

Idk, but two f-16s out of Madison WI flew overhead(we're in the flight path), and shot it down over lake Huron. I didn't see them fly over, but I might have been outside when they did.
