Roll that sucker over a scale once Brad. I guarantee you're "overloaded" but to us, it's loaded just right.
Got the last load from my BIL today. In total it ended up being five full trailer loads. Little man got to dump this last load.
Pull the splitter up onto a couple ramps to raise it. Easy fix. A splitter like that isn't one that you can easily move around without mechanical advantage
No, no, no Dave. I could care less about the weight factor. I was referring to the fact that the first good pothole and he loses a split!
Fortunately I didn’t have to drive on the road with it, cause you’re right, I’d have definitely been losing some! Officer pulls me over on my way home…..I’ve been following a trail of splits that have led me to you. No officer, that must be someone else
Nice score, but I noticed one thing I like more. Seeing a young kid working with you and zero iPad is great. I grew up cutting wood with my dad, and it’s nice seeing kids getting into the game. Congrats.
“ I cannot tell a lie officer. They are called breadcrumbs. That is how I go back to the woodpile and find my way home. I tossed them out.”
Doing my best to make sure these kids know the value of hard work. Most of the time if I'm outside, they're outside. These days my oldest doesn't want to work with me as much but her little brother is jumping in just like she did when she was younger. She's been helping me with firewood since she could walk. Thanks for the kind words. This is my oldest when she was 1.5. I couldn't say I was going to the woodshed without her running out the door behind me.
