Has anyone got experience with these? They appear to be common to several models, 346, 350, 353, perhaps others. Mine is leaking if tipped on its side. Can’t see it very clearly in any parts diagram’s I’ve looked at. Seems like there should be 2 pieces according to the pictures. I dug this out of the handle but is there supposed to be something else on top of it. I’ve ordered a couple pieces from HLsupply that I believe are what I need, but what holds them in? Can I “glue em in with motoseal? M2theB any advice?
Bottom half of the tank vent would be my guess. Tank vent letting air in so it would need some type of filter to keep dust out of the tank.
Thanks, that helps. But I wish he would have zoomed in closer to show the parts on the bench. Not sure I have both of the correct ones coming now. I guess we’ll see when they get here.
The piece I showed looks like the little white piece on the top right. Nothing else left in the tank. Seems like, and as near as I can tell from parts diagrams, there should be another piece on top of it.
Far as I know, a dab of superglue...smol dab. I have a 1998 350, and I have one of those discs still in a plastic baggy...the larger one. Unsure if I bought the small one or not.
