Good Point. I wonder what else is going on not getting attention. I think that is relevant to every administration as a note.

As to the chemical weapon thing, I'm pretty sure we would have known that long before it crossed our soil, or was in our wind flow pattern. That there have been these balloon things in the past, and a huge deal wasn't made of it, suggests we (nationally) are ok with these things.

NORAD had this in their sights loooong before it touched US airspace. Just think about that one. Now tell me, did hey not tell their commanders clear to the head dipchit in DC? I agree this thing could’ve/should’ve been dealt with more swiftly. During the Cold War both our and our adversaries aircraft violated each other’s airspace. It’s not right no matter who does it. I have a hard time believing this balloon gained any intelligence they didn’t already have though. That and above all, I think there’s more to the story than what we’re being told. We’re told freedom of the press is paramount, yet our own press is not free to tell the entire truth when it comes to the important issues.

 

The lame stream media only publishes propaganda to further certain peoples agendas. There is no truth spewed any more. Just lies and coverups, that is depending on who they are talking about as to which it is.

 

Lies, half-truths, and omissions with just enough facts to keep the most faithful believing all of it. Which is why I pretty much swore off all of it, especially since they’re all owned by the same corporation(s), no matter which faction they’re stumping for.

 

EXACTLY! It’s all about headlines and clickbait not about facts and truth. I think anyone with their eyes open have figured that out. Then there’s the diehard sheep that praise Rachel madcow and the such.

Not very confident that the media even gets the truth.Whether they choose to disseminate it is another conversation entirely!

 

There’s a few personalities that go against the grain, who are widely lambasted for doing so. I look to see whoever the establishment likes to hammer the most, and tune in accordingly

 

99% of them would burst into flames if they ever dared utter a truthful word...or at least their lips would.
