    Ground froze up enough this morning to get this out of a friends yard. Took it to a family in need. Hickory and some pine on top. They have a OWB.

    It’s still bad azz! I love it! I told my wife just the other day I wanna buy a few minty trucks from the 90s to have on hand as I need them throughout the years and never have to buy one of these new ones:rofl: :lol: How long have you had that one?

    Never have seen it and dont think it grows around here. How is it to split? Please post pics when you process it. Any aroma?

    Ok, this one has been dead a while, so it should split easily. Live Persimmon has a sticky sap, similar to the the fruit pulp. I don’t recall a smell from the last time I split some.
