    First frigid temps for the winter coming on Friday and Saturday-16 & -18 forecast.

    Today, I’ll prep some, clean out stoves, carry wood to porch, and generally just get ready for it.
    Looks like only those days then back above 0 .

    Cold. A bit warmer today and tomorrow but tomorrow night back below zero. Colder Friday and Friday night then it is supposed to moderate some.

    Chaz hasn't liked the draft on the stove lately so he cleaned out the pipes. Didn't get much.

    Good afternoon! All the way up to 23F (almost topped out) and sunny. The warming trend is slowly moving toward 40 by Monday. A number of small projects to do in the barn if I think it's warm enough. Also need to do some maintenance on the van. Have a God day!

    Decent day ahead before the deep freeze tomorrow. 20⁰ heading to upper 30's and sunny.

    Definitely bringing wood to the deck and a grocery run. Trying to avoid a need to go outside tomorrow with way below zero wind chills.

    Good morning! 20F and sunny, temps drop tomorrow and then rebound for the weekend. 1/4 cord sold at the roadside stand last night so I set out a new tote when I got home. Lock on the man door to the shop was frozen so I had to break in and then thawed the lock with a hair dryer. Put some leftover hardware in organizers and put everything away. Hung a few more things on the pallet wall. It's nice to be able to find things. Have a God day!

    Morning All. We were up early yesterday and took the woodsplitter down island for new bearings. Road was slushy for a section but nice and bare coming back. Our snow/freezing weather is over for awhile and we are back to rain. Back to work again today.

    Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. 47° and what did I wake up to about 3:00 this morning???
    :hair::hair:RAIN...:headbang::headbang:and it's still coming down, not hard, but a soaking rain, had 1/2" since midnight. Need to deliver a load of wood, but guess I'll go hang out in the saw shed. Have to take grandsons to Dr appointment this afternoon.
