That must have been disappointing, being handicapped is bad enough. Alway access issues. Never fails. So many places I can't go because I can't open the doors or the isles are too narrow or there isn't room to turn at the end of the isle. I know it is my problem. But it is the big stores that accommodate the handicapped.

Did some odds and ends jobs at my parents' house today but that was about it. Not much energy... been sick for a couple weeks but trending in the right direction.

All my projects are waiting until Thursday when the barn is supposed to be done... Then I get real busy real quick.

Got together with my son later today at my parents house for some pew pew time. He bought himself a brand new G43. Yes, he was trying for bottom left. :salute:

Left for a trip to Ohio and back to Minnesota.

load a case 540 Quad track in the morning and deliver to Ft Recovery OH. Reload and come right back home a mile away from the delivery.

dropped the trucks off with the dealer so they could swap the rubber but keep the rims on the truck.

my red truck has 116T load index Falken Wildpeak AT3W and the oem general grabbers are a 113T load index

Caffeine! Had a long weekend off and it’s time to go back to the workplace. Mutleys have been out and in and fed. Daughter cooking herself breakfast. And I’m lazing around surfing FHC. And still trying to wake up an hour and fifteen minutes after getting out of bed! You hoarders have a good day. Stay safe and have some fun!

A vehicle that I tried out and was interested in (somewhat) has been sold. Website says "no longer available". I made an offer over the phone on Sat and was told that there was a deposit on it but thought it would not go through....

Anyhoo, there's more out there. It's a good day to save thousands of dollars, no? :handshake: :rootintootin:

    Yup!
We often shop for groceries at a chain called Save-A-Lot...I always tell my wife we always "spend a lot" when we go in there! (especially lately!!)

And it always makes me suspicious when a product that has lingered for sale for weeks, or more, miraculously has someone else interested in it just minutes before me! :sherlock: :zip: :hair:
It just happened with a log splitter on FB MP a couple months back...ad said it was listed 2 weeks earlier, guy said someone called about it an hour before me and was coming to see (buy) it the next morning...and he took it. Oh well, I really didn't have the spare time to be screwing around with all that anyways...

You know who to thank for the raise too! He even bragged about it until someone told him the biggest COLA for SSI wasn’t a good thing to claim.

I would have been happier if things were the way they used to be. And not stuck in the forever "transition" stage!

Oh come on Dave, its not forever, as soon as we come into lock step with being free speech-less commies, the transition will be over.

Kinda like "spend big money at Menard's". At least for me anyway.

Now that's funny...I just sang this exact phrase during a Menards commercial on the radio not 20 minutes ago!

The last time I was at Menards I timed the interval of the jingle that comes on the loudspeaker. Every seven minutes it plays. If I hear it 2 or three times I know I need to get out.

He’s working on fixing that, come on man! Too many vacations are just slowing things down a little bit.
