Just finished my first Tabak Red Eye. These will definitely be a staple in my selection. Very good cigar.

Well fellas, my wife does listen to me lol. Got in from work, and she said here you go. I went to the cigar lounge and picked these up for you. B9546704-49EE-4BD6-84EB-AB5AAA56100D.jpeg

I believe that yooperdave liked some Mark Twains.

I have a 5 pack but don’t recall what type they are.

The connecticut mark twains are good IMO for a mild cigar. I bought some of the maduro mark twains based on that and they're more of an "OK" cigar for me.

So jtstromsburg if the ones you bought are connecticut, and if you like mild cigars, I think you'll like 'em! :handshake:

A couple orders came in today. Diesel sampler, Connecticut sampler, Rocky Patel Sampler, Jr Alternative - Montecristo No. 2, and JR Alternative - Montecristo Edmundo. These Edmundo's are another brand I tried when I first started and for about 3 bucks a stick are a good smoke.

These Champagne's really stand out, even in the package. I'm going to give things a while to stabilize and settle down, but that's going to be the first one I try out of this bunch.

I also got another Xikar slim cutter and the matching lighter......they magnet together. I'm a function over form guy and don't really get into fancy stuff, but I can appreciate Xikar's presentation of their products, however minor it may be.

I also got some reading material and as all the cool kids say ( or maybe said........I can't keep up with trends) "If ya know, ya know".

    Nothing wrong with that Chev.

Happy New Years cigar fellas! I'm going to have me a Perdomo Champagne tonight after I finish supper. I haven't made it to midnight, in at least 8 years. So, I know that isn't happening, but I'll enjoy a nice cigar regardless. Pretty excited to try one of these. My first Perdomo.

    Have a good night everybody.

I am watching the Georgia game with my daughter, ( she works at UGA ) her boyfriend ( life long GA fan ), one of my brothers & my folks at their house. I forgot to grab a stogie before I left the house.

But I had this one this afternoon :
