What a FUBAR TRIP. I Have Had Enough! I have had enough!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I HELP ANYONE AGAIN......EVER!! I like to think I’m kindhearted, a good man. My wife wanted to take a drive into the mountains to look at the snow, so we did (We live in the low desert.) Got up early drove up to the high country near Flagstaff to spend a little time kicking the snow around then get back where it’s warm. The day didn’t go as planned. It was so cold out in the mountains. We were both bundled up but of course I was freezing anyway. We had only been there about 45 min. When the wife saw a homeless guy that was just standing there and trembling out in the cold with only very light cloths and a light jacket on my wife bless her overly kind heart felt so sorry for him. It’s near Christmas and of course she wanted to help him. So we got him in the car got him warmed up, and bought him a meal and visited with him for a while. Seemed like a really nice guy, just down on his luck. My wife insisted on taking him back home with us trying to do the right thing and to see if we could get him some further help. Called the cops and they said they would contact welfare. Welfare called said they would be here by 8:00 the next morning, they apologized for it being longer then normal but it’s because of COVID (of course) and so close to Christmas as well. So we gave him a bed for the night. Went into the bedroom to wake him in the morning and he was gone, he had just vanished. Not a word...not even a goodbye or a thank you for sheltering, and warming him!! That’s last straw?!?! He did leave us a note. The mother #%…]%# pizzed all over the bed and the bed room floor before he left. That's the thanks we got for feeding, sheltering him, warming him up being good to someone. I think he is a traveling man. So I'm going to warn you to watch out for this guy! He is heavy set, wearing very little with a scarf, he has a nose that looks like a carrot, two black eyes, and his arms are so skinny they look like sticks!!! Don't bring him into your house!! What a huge mess he made on the floor!!! Merry Christmas!!! Keep your heart warm and open.
Merry Christmas all I posted this on another site and got all sorts of replies how stupid I was to take home a homeless person. Only a few picked up it was a snowman. Some posted without finishing the story. And yes there are several holes in the story.
