How do fellas? I've been looking around at cabinet humidors. Something like this is what I'd really like to get. I like how it has shelves for boxes, but has a bunch of drawers, different sizes even, for frequently smoked cigars (at least that's what I'd use them for). Plenty of drawers for keeping things organized and separated.

That's the biggest drawback to these foot lockers or coolers, for me. I'm a bit of a fiddler/gawker at times and like to look at and peruse through my stuff and this would make it not such a fiasco. Half the battle is getting things back into the foot locker the same way theings were before, when it's full. Lol

I had a Legends Black yesterday & didn’t care for it, I only got thru about 2/3 of it.

I wasn’t holding out much hope for this one but I enjoyed it so maybe my cigar taste is coming back.

Don't like candy that much, huh? It is a sweet taste for sure.

I have always enjoyed them but this last sinus infection really messed with me. Plus these are being stored vertically instead of horizontal so maybe that affects them as well :sherlock:

Well, I have no idea what the debate between horizontal or vertical is all about, but I do know, that my first order of cigars came in today from Cigar Bid. Tracking showed they were going to be held off till tomorrow.

I didn't know there was another company out there that packaged items as chitty as Amazon, but they're definitely giving them a run for their money so far. Hopefully, it's just a holiday hurry up thing.

Also, what do you guys do with old cigar boxes, anything? I've looked around to see what people come up with, but I was curious what fellow FHC fellas do with them. I almost hate to throw some of them away, but don't really want to just keep a bunch of boxes around, just because.

Nope….the boxes are marginal at best. But of all the orders. I’ve only claimed twice…(one box was mutulated and the other was retaped ) …plus 1 that a retracted when I found the five pack under the bottom fold as I was breaking the box down a few days later.

Mine was retaped with weak packing tape, in a less than ideal box. Why companies think throwing a hard box, in with soft items, in a cardboard box 3 times bigger than necessary, then adding few of those air bag things does any good is beyond me. Not trying to be a jerk, but good grief. How those soft bundles survived is beyond me. I guess I need to pay attention to my orders, in terms of ordering all boxes, or all bundles.

That's a good idea. This Cohiba Blue box is a pretty stout little box it seems and it made me think of what to do with them. Most I have are not that stout, so I never put much thought into it honestly. I've just been keeping them.

One thing I will do, is make a key storage box by my back door, instead of just throwing them on a shelf. That's one idea I saw, that I liked.

Never had a issue with any of them. Usually within a week they'll reply to the request.

I've got some old boxes that I just can't get rid of. Wooden and strong. It's a matter of finding them and having to open them up to see just what I stored in them though!

Since I smoke a lot of cigarillos, I even keep the little tins that some of them come in. Again, not sure what the heck I'm going to do with them, but I can't seem to get rid of them.
