I have the buggers in a bag inside. I should put them in something secure outside for the winter, then deff plant in the spring. I have to do a little more snooping to see how they grow best.

I do have every intention of planting all of them, and if I find more there, I'll grab them too.

Squirrels love those things. We call them hedge apples around here.

I'll probably leave them in the unheated garage. Wish I'd gotten a few more though....

You know it's cold when you start out with a 25 inch bar and when you are done you have a 16 inch bar.

this is what happens when I don't go wooding for a few days. It just gets worse from here.

Well, it is raining and cold today, plus I have some sort of crud in my head, chest and lungs and feel like crap. Probably needed the humor

Sirchopsalot will soon have a Osage Orange forest for many to come with their chainsaws and harvest the nectar of firewood

I will plant them to be bush or tree. Evidently they make a good hedge. But cordwood doesn't grow in hedges.
    Laughter is good medicine indeed.
Brad has a strange sense of humor . . . must be the company he keeps here . . .
    Get well JD
