Old 261 husky followed me home.

This 261 husqvarna followed me home. It has good compression but I still may put the 262xp piston in it as well as molded muffler.

 

Sent mine to huskihl and love it. Cuts like a champ.

 

I put an aftermarket 262xp when it had a meltdown 8-10 years ago for my best friend. Nice running saw but not as nice of shape as the one you found. Enjoy that fine piece of equipment.

Nice saw. I've never ran a 261 or 262, I would like to have one someday.

Thanks ! Yeah it wasn't a bad price and so far everything look really promising on the saw. The plug was.nice and cinnamon color. Good compression. I was to check for crank play before I fire it up.
