I’ve had good luck with Rock Auto for various parts over the years. One thing to be mindful of; they are a drop shipper. Not sure if that’s the right term. I don’t believe they hold any inventory. They use a network of suppliers and it ships from each one. The only issue I’ve heard with them is you have to be careful with specific items where there’s a tendency for knockoffs; like spark plugs. I’ll hit the local parts stores for plugs these days.

Rock auto does have warehouses, but they do have items that are drop shipped. I do not believe Rock Auto has problems with knock offs. eBay on the other hand is full of knock off plugs. Like you can buy a set of $60 plugs for like $16. You can buy "Toyota" knock sensors that cost over $200 from the dealer for $25 each on eBay! :rofl:  Yea right.

Well and update on this. I went for like 7 days or whatever and 175 miles. The code came back on for the bank 2 code KS. Cleared it and it lasted like 40 miles till my way home the next day, then I cleared it after I went into the store and it returned after like 3 miles. I suspect the aftermarket wire harness I got. From what I read if there is a break or bad sensor it returns instant on the restart. My code is low voltage so the signal is low for a 10 second period that the computer reads it. Also some folks say check your grounds. I will remove and clean the intake grounds. I also called Toyota, their parts website says it's NLA but talking to the parts counter they said there is 60 in the Jacksonville warehouse!!! There $60 I would of bought that originally!! Not sure it's the problem but I think this brand cost me $45! And I messaged a mechanic on YouTube and he said he had the same problem and after replacing sensors it came back after replacing new sensors with new sensors the next time he put an OE harness to replace an Aftermarket harness and it fixed it .

So I guess I am going to be really good at pulling 3.0l intakes here soon.

Yea, I wanted to use a better part. Should of called the dealer and not relied on even the Toyota dealer website. It's the same online site for all your dealers. It's corporate based and your particular dealer just gets credit for the sale.. whatever dealer you chose.
