My wife and I drove by Blue Hills Orchard in Wallingford today and they have more trees to cut and take for free. This is off of Blue Hills Roads; just off Cook Hill. It didn’t look like a huge amount of trees were left from what I could see. Let us know if any of you get after it!

Must be new because we usually take that road once a week and just saw it yesterday. Very small signs, but noticeable! Different area from last year. This one is across from their store.

Drove by this morning. From what i could tell all the trees/remnants were pushed into a big pile and the area appeared to have been tilled.

You are right Brad. This score did not last long! Hoping someone got some good heat out of it.

I had it on my radar, albeit a low priority score. Wanted to grab a little as one of my customers has bought cherry smoker bundles and wanted to offer him apple.

Couldnt tell the est way to get access there. Slowed down but didnt stop.

    Thanks for the lead though.

You bet Brad. As you know, it’s a big orchard. They still have a lot of trees that they haven’t converted over to that new grow style. Wouldn’t be surprised if they have more wood to give away in the future.
