Fear not. I've been going through this for almost 40 years now. Working on the wood was tough so I could not do it for even 1/2 hour. I just do what I can then stop.
I know the feeling. Even when it comes to taking walks after a winter. I have to ease into each spring. 10 minutes, then 15, (you get the picture). The wood pile has to be even more gradual. My goal is to start at one chainsaw gas tank at a time. As it turns out, that is too much and 99 lbs ends up listening to me moan and groan all evening and throughout the night. And I have to listen to her telling me "I told you so"! She's right.
Got skunked opening gun day in Ohio. Property behind me had 4 shots around 4pm. They have corn feeders on a timer I heard em buzzing corn out at 3. Going to go out again tomorrow morning if I don't get anything I'll try the weekend. There should be a lot of movement this weekend with all the lead flying.
My wife's uncle dropped off 2/4 of a nice deer tonight. Got it boned out and ready to grind (except for some jerky meat) tomorrow night. He even left the tenderloin and back strap which I cut up into steaks. Can't beat that.
Get some rest and hope you are feeling better tomorrow. You always have friends ready to lend a hand.
Not so bad this morning. Maybe will get something done today, but not too much. Then rain, wind and falling temps coming our way.
