    What is everybody doing? Is @Stinny going up to that beautiful cabin? Who's cooking what. I am celebrating by doing some labor. :D I am going to my brothers for a barbecue tonight.

    Welp... I think we are headed to the cabin this morning, but not as a fam thing. Bro & wife landed here last night from Colo and they'd like to see the cabin. I've got a full load of "stuff" from the crew tearing this place apart for new kitch, and, I've got to meet with the excavator guy to talk about clearing that horror show we've made below the cabin... so we'll prolly head there later after I whip up some supports for that old counter top.     No pics from the cabin today. My bride is off to a wedding today and has stolen MY hoardin' camera... :headbang:

    This morning, driving to wyomissing, pa to move grandmothers stuff to my moms in new britain. (she is unable to care for herself anymore) Once done that, night fishing for striped bass hybrids. Tomorrow and monday continuing painting, deck, shed, and another shed. Lastly, some wood and getting last minute stuff ready for school. B safe everyone-ENJOY!

    Quiet here. I'm changing out a few things. I'm giving a big sony projection HD tv to one of my kids. I picked up a smart tv that is super thin and very light. This one is going in the family room that also has our stove in it. The new tv takes up very little space. This will free up an area so we have more room for the dog beds. Also giving away a huge ottoman that only was taking up space and a place to dump clutter on. With two labs and three cats, we need more floor space.
    No plans to go or do anything special. Back to my morning coffee!

    Went to a local fair yesterday to see heavy horse show. Climax was 7 - 6 horse hitch wagons in full show harness inside a hockey arena. AWESOME. Got my 2+ cords of sugar ample into the shed before we left for the fair. Supposed to rain today and tomorrow. Chilling out for rest of the weekend.

    Headed to my camper/deer camp. Spraying some roundup, planting some food plots, moving tree stands, splitting some wood, moving game cameras, and drinking lots of beer!

    Dodging rain all weekend too :(

    Typically labor day weekend is quiet around here.

    Ive been doing house projects 5 days straight so Im taking a break today. This morning Im off to my R/C airplane field for a day of flying. My sister in law is coming down from VT this weekend to stay over at myMILs condo in the next town. My wife is taking the kids over to meet them this afternoon and take the kids to the pool, when I get done flying I'll head over there and meet them all for dinner.

    Next two day will probably be back to work on the house as Ive got a lot of painting to finish before it gets cold, but we will probably have a small cookout Sunday if it doesn't rain.

    Big event for us will be Thursday. The twins first day of preschool.

    The wife is off to do a "mud run" and then heading to the beach with some friends. So it's me and baby piney today :eek: . Then some friends are coming over for a fire later this evening. We're gonna cook some clams and have a few cold ones :grizz: :drunk:

    Tomorrow im hoping to go check out some new hunting property . Talked to a buddy of mine the other day and he's got a couple pieces where the deer are tearin up his beans. Told him i know a guy that can take care of his problem ;) :handshake:

    A little preventive mat. on the car before vaca., haul some wood to a friends for his pit, get out by the pool for the last weekend this year and if the rain holds off sit around the pit.
