    Apple concentrate brown sugar vanilla extract cloves all spice berries and cinnamon sticks,bring to a low boil then simmer til the cinnamon sticks release their oil

    The three little pigs is salt heavy...might be using that for a brine or at least on large cuts .the Weber branded KC rub is very good and sugar based so I can use it on finger food 20221108_155314.jpg

    it was 4 large in a food processer....its almost like soup but the moisture cooks off and the flavor is intense half stick unsalted butter some sour cream,1 stick cream cheese,garlic powder,woo sauce,and some mayo...

    ok...cook the onions and butter first til they carmalize then mix with the other stuffs

    Here's some cedar plank salmon with blackening seasoning....I dont like salmon at all 20221011_175443.jpg but it came out good....crust was achieved, very moist, flake easily .
