    Morning all. Temps down to just above freezing but we had sunshine yesterday and I expect the same today. Fortunately it wasn't too wild yesterday at school. The challenge is now to find substitutes for sick teachers and teachers away on field trips. All the retired teachers are busy working fulltime as substitutes. The young teachers are all working fulltime in the classroom.
