Good morning. Got some type of bug and feeling a little off my game, but I plan to get out and suck up/shred some leaves from around the house and deposit them in the garden beds and pathways…but nothing too strenuous.

There's still maples here and there, yet to drop. Lots of oaks yet to drop.

Among the bare trees are golden/bronze/brown color tones.

I think it's been a very colorful fall around here.

 

Morning all. Dark out there this morning. We had a cougar alert last night so Shadow only went outside with supervision. Dusk seems to be the worse time for them.

Jesus' choice to be allowed to be captured and unfairly tried in a kangaroo court was made for you and me. It was amazing love that led Jesus to choose to suffer - love for all those His Father had created. Love for you and for me.

This load was for my niece to save on her electric bill
I gave that 372 clone to my nieces husband he went crazy for it but he uses klotz super tecniplate the worst smelling oil there is I think
While we had use of a escavator and logsplitter I put a hurt on that pile of year old dried hardwood
White Oak and maple mostly.

Good morning. Taking it easy yesterday was the ticket, as my immune system seems to have overcome my illness. My wife and I are doing the coffee service for our church congregation this morning. Then we are going to watch the grandkids while our daughter and son-in-law go out to celebrate their 7th wedding anniversary.

 

Good morning all. Yesterday was perfect to enjoy the outdoors. Surveyed the timber harvest tree tops and loaded my trailer with bits and pieces of chunks laying about.
Now awaiting sunrise to see my new view. When it comes, I will add a photo to this post.

90 percent rain today, so enjoy it while the sun shines, they say

 

I've been burning mostly chunks during the day. A few full sized splits for overnight. Keeping the chunk box full as well as topping off the deck wood rack.

Morning all. We had an atmospheric river overhead yesterday so it was wet. I got wet and cold delivering our children Sabbath School packages but the heated seats in the car work so nice. I am off to see Mom today and I think campinspecter is watching football. I think it is going to rain all day today as well. The long warm dry fall was nice but it rather spoilt us. I am finding the dark and rain harder to get used to this winter.
