Good Morning, Brothers & Sisters Thread

Good morning! 40F and cloudy, clearing later today. With the nasty weather yesterday I took the opportunity to split a little maple I had stashed in the barn and put a heaping pile in a wheelbarrow. Then I helped Mrs. WinonaRail with some craft projects. I woke up early today so I fired up the skid steer (in the dark) and brought a tote of mixed hardwood up to fill a stack in the roadside stand. Bible study at church tonight. I may make up a little more kindling tonight if the mood strikes. Have a God day!

 

Morning all. Up early this morning as campinspecter and Shadow head down island. Shadow has a dental cleaning appointment today. We don't keep up with the tooth brushing very regularly but we have an awesome dental hygienist for dogs. Small dogs have a real problem with dental issues.
Off to work. It is my turn to run the show as my co-worker is off for a couple of days. There will be a mis-match of help to replace her.
With baseball, curling and football to watch, I set up the quilt frame in the living room last night. It has been quite a while since I worked on this quilt.

Good morning all. Kinda nasty out there this morning. Rain and snow mix.
Took Chaz for to work then headed over to VA for blood work. Now I am back waiting for Chaz to come out. He has a VA in Bath which is an hour away.

Good morning! 31F and sun on the way. I snagged a few more pallets during lunch yesterday. I need to make some mini bundles today and put the bucket on the skid steer so I can move some wood chips that were dropped off yesterday. Music practice at church tonight. Have a God day!

 

Morning all. Weather is changing. Rain sprinkles yesterday and I think we are going to get more over the weekend. campinspecter is unloading his firewood this morning. Shadow had a good dental report and they had a safe trip. I took the truck to work as the car went down island. Slowly driving around town with 1/2 cord of green alder on board. Truck rides good with a load on it.

GOODood morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. 32° this morning, 63° inside, so built a fire @ 6:00, by 6:30 it was 71°. Got the tractor back home yesterday, so going to stack some totes and move some things around. Got to start my 7PM-7AM shift tonight, so a afternoon nap is on the list.

Good morning! 44F and sunny. Looks like Indian summer for the next few days. I snagged another pallet last night and made some mini bundles for the roadside stand. Lots to do tonight. I need to spread wood chips to open up some space. Wood yard needs some housekeeping. I'm going to pick up all the bark piled in various places and put in in IBC bladders. When I get a bunch I run it through a chipper. I'll probably make some bundles to keep the stand full this weekend. Have a God day!

 

Morning All. We have rain this morning. Very welcome in parts of the island here. It has been so dry. Easy day at school today as teachers are all working on professional development and no students. Time to get caught up on other projects.
My brother is arriving for the weekend to visit with Mom. We may see him on Sunday.
