Good Morning, Brothers & Sisters Thread

Good morning! 50F and sunny, cool start to the week. I'm back after a week's hiatus (vacation). Super busy weekend. I got some work done in the wood yard. My wife has a craft show coming up on Friday. We were busy getting supplies, organizing and starting the "manufacturing" process. That will continue through the week. Hopefully we'll find time for a little sleep. Have a God day!

 

Dark Monday morning with fog. Yesterday cleared off and was sunny and warm. I think we are in for another warm spell. campinspecter and Mom are headed down island for a medical appt. I am off to work. I had a nice visit with Mom yesterday.

Stove install hit a snag because the hearth pad is on back order. Hopefully it comes in by next week for the scheduled inspection.

Another morning cleaning up some wood scraps, ugliest, noodling, stacking. Then, a few errands.

Good morning , yall. Hope y'all yave a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. 48° outside, 71° inside.........I'm enjoying the lower humidity and temps. It will be 80° before long, though. Got to load up mower and trimmers, going to cut a yard this morning, then need to replace one of the electric fans on our daughter's car. Nap time afterwards, got an extra nite to work, but it's OT, that helps the mood.

State of the driveway right now...
Yesterday I got some sugar maple at the dump, but most of it was too big to lift. I'm thinking of going back there with my sledge and wedges. The loader may have pushed it into the pile, though.
Craigslist offers have almost completely dried up, nothing local to me.

Morning all. Foggy again this morning. Fog was so thick yesterday morning you couldn't see more than a house away. Someone came winging down the main road on a bicycle - it was very hard to see them. Afternoon was warm and sunny. Mom and campinspecter had a good trip and made it back safely. They are headed over to Mom's this morning.

Good morning! 48F and cloudy, a few showers this morning and overnight. Need to do some wood yard cleanup tonight. I have 2 partially full IBC totes and an empty in my driveway. I need to fill 1 and move all of them to get to the equipment trailer behind them. I'll probably split some shorts for kindling as well. Might help Mrs. WinonaRail with a craft project if time allows. Gotta make use of the shorter days. Have a God day!

No wooding today. I hope to get a walk in this morning. Then, I'm taking my dad to a dermatologist for a consult this afternoon.
