Cheaper than the last delivery from last year. But still more than I want to spend for heat.

I'm to frugal to spend that much!! :p

Had a bit of rain last night....About .07" Just passing showers.
    No real gully washers yet......

65F in the house this morning.....FIRE LIT AT 5 AM...
Chupi the cat was complaining....She runs over and looks in the stove window and chirps....

Yesterday we ran the stove until 1oam maybe....

Sun came out a few times.....AC been off since Friday ...It was on once late Friday afternoon....
The old AC unit fared well over the summer....After the service and adding about a pound of R22 it was blowing air at 50F no matter how warm it was outside.......

    Another one in the books.......

Must be nice to have AC. We don't, never have actually. Our AC is a box fan but I do have it in my tractors. Our rentals all have central ac and I'm glad I don't pay the utility bills. AC adds about an extra 100 bucks to every monthly bill.

A little sweat never hurt anyone and a shower in the evening before bed works quite well.

I run a portable swam cooler a week or two a summer, except the pellet stove runs year round.

Don't you need real low humidity to run an evaporative cooler? We rarely have that here at least not for any length of time anyway. Wow, pellet stove all year...sounds like an expensive deal. We use ours from maybe November through April 15th and I will say by April 15th, I'm getting pretty tired of cleaning it.

Yes, they won't work in humid areas, only low humidity. And I'm quite tired of cleaning my pellet stove!!
