I see much cooler temps coming by the end of the week. Stoves will be used.

This year we are getting a nice warm fall. We did not have much wind for a while so the trees got real pretty. Had some wind the past couple days so there are a lot more holes in the sky this morning.

is that like "running lite power, nothing on the pin"?

my truck gets pretty tough mileage, but it's sure-footed in all conditions, at 70 or better, is heavier, affords better visibility, and hauls all our cordwood. So, I don't mind the mileage yet.

Oh I love my truck. It's a hog. Goes right aheadoner. Starts great in the cold.
Lots of power. Granted the diesels have much more. But if they have a major fuel system problem, it's 12,000 bucks.
A new Engine for mine is around $6,000 post covid.
Yes, I really pay at the pump. But it is a good truck

60 for the overnight low here. Heading for 80.

Then, just a bit cooler for three days. Low 50's to low 60's for highs. One of those nights will be below freezing. Yup.
