    short answer I'm cheap frugal.
This thing screams:D not sure what one sounds like without a muffler port(and I don't care now) - some folks may recognize the pic;)

Throttle response is amazing:saw: It will get a full workout tomorrow on that big white oak I've been procrastinating to cut up.

Right where I want to be.
Yep, gotta' be nicer than my 455 Rancher.
I'd be happy (at least for a little while) with a 65cc saw with a better power to weight ratio.

I only own 2 of the 3 here right now. The 665 runs about like one though.

I agree with you Dave, I have the same saw and I'd like to go 60cc or better.

    I got a 77 and 71. The 65 might end up being a 80cc before it's over.

Your warming up to that 7900. You won't be satisfied with that solo, as good as it is, until it's a 681.

well 70cc in modern format - mind you the 041 (61cc) I've been running as a primary saw for the past 6+yrs was produced 1966-1977, no anti-vibe, it cut's like a beast, and will make your hands numb.
I'll run some timed cuts tomorrow against the two and get some initial compression readings to see where they stand ~30yrs apart

Good looking saw....:saw:... Never got a hold of a 440/441 personally but it should supply a few of these :D.... 70cc is a lot of fun, so is 80, but 60 cc is where I fall back to...

I had 2 7900s before. They were my biggest saw until I got a 390 and then they were sold .
