This weekend didn't turn out to be as productive as I had hoped. Got 12.5 cords out instead of the 15 I had hoped. Probably only delivering one day this coming weekend so I won't make much progress on my customer list as new orders keep coming.

How do you acquire new customers?

It is all strictly word of mouth or through recommendations on the local Facebook town pages. And what I mostly meant by new orders is my regulars who are putting their orders in now. I had 5 cords added to my delivery list yesterday. Four of those cords were repeat customers and the other is a new customer who found me by searching for "firewood" in one of the local town pages. Facebook has been great for me.

Gotcha. Couple of my regulars are from FB referrals.

Got 11 cords out today….and took orders for 9.5 more. My 77 degree pool felt amazing when I got home. Going to the shore tomorrow so no deliveries until next weekend. My poolside reward.

I passed the 100 cords delivered mark this weekend. I was hoping to get 20 out but rain today kept me from working past 11am. Got 15 delivered and have been sitting in front of my fireplace watching football all afternoon

I covered 330 miles driving in circles this weekend but I hit my goal of 25 cords delivered. Most went out in my dump truck but I was starting to get way behind on my half cord deliveries so I had one of my student helpers run my pickup and he was able to knock out 8 of those between Saturday and Sunday morning. Most likely will have him doing more of the same this coming weekend.

Tossing 8 cords of splits out of a truck in one day is impressive!

8 pickup loads so 4 cords. I have the load handler device so all the wood on the mat just gets cranked out by turning the handle. A guy can unload a pickup by himself in 5 minutes or so.
