It did not get as warm as predicted yesterday as it stayed in the 60's. I like these temps. Got some wood moved including a couple totes.

    Good morning, members.

2nd day of much needed rain. I'm guessing 2-3 inches so far. We might double that by days end.

I get to take dad out to a Dr appointment this morning.

    Be safe
    Be healthy

I think we hit 69 as our high here. I can definitely get used to that.

Good morning everyone! Second soggy day. I'm not complaining, my lawn was brown and crispy. I'm bringing my grandson up today, no school and his parents have to work. Fortunately he spends a lot of time reading, because the rain will keep us inside.
    Have a good one!

Morning All. Weather was great yesterday and looks like it will be nice today. Went over and installed the chair lift. How difficult could it be? exact same track, exact same chair just newer. the newer one won't charge and sets off alarms every time it rests on the charge point. Grrrr! We are not electrical minded so it was phone calls to my brother who is a bit better than us but he was stumped. He is going to contact a tech and see what he can find out. In the meantime, I have pulled a ligament in my "good" knee so I am feeling all my years this morning. Great way to start a work week.

I hope everyone has a great day today.

Midwinter down island on Sunday all the maples are starting to show brown and yellow edges. Thimbleberry bushes are also showing yellow. Fall is on its way.

Good afternoon all. Only a high of 67 today.
Woodwidow, hope your knee heals up quickly and you get that chair straightened out. Have a safe trip Jeff. Happy anniversary.
    Have a great day all.

Great news, things worked out. 4 years ago, around our 30th anniversary, we got the County Line 30 ton splitter, which was a big upgrade over the 25 ton Yard Machine splitter. Well, I guess we upgraded again for our 34th anniversary.
Guy on FB page had this sale. Contacted him, he was 5-10 minutes from where we are staying in TN.
    Blessings from the LORD.
Has 9.5 hrs on it. He got it in June '22... 0906221506_HDR.jpg

Not good. Maybe that is why they were selling? Good luck on that and double that for the knee. I hope that doesn't bother too much but does not sound good.

No sir. The body is off being custom painted by a friend. Also I screwed up and plugged the remote kill switch in backwards and cooked it. It kills the engine if out of range, looses battery power ect plus I can kill it from the transmitter. Without that it's not a good idea to have around people because if a 30 pound car has a runaway and hits someone doing 40 mph its going to be a hospital trip and probably an empty bank account.
