Yeah that explains the size of your sweet woodshed, and usage...my folks just replaced their 6048 with a gasifier last fall...that cut usage down from ~22 cords a year, to ~11 (results from only 1 winter, but last winter was pretty average here)...they are heating 2 farmhouses and 2 shops with it. It did last for 20 years though...no major issues other than a couple warped doors, which CB warrantied (back when they still honored their "lifetime" warranty) Working on replacing their junk underground lines right now, so it will be interesting this winter to see how much more wood usage that will drop off! My guess is another 2-3 cords, probably more...the pipe insulation was soaked, literally dripping wet!
