    That's a serious tree there. Lots of work, but the heat is second to none, nice work!

    I like running .375 20" chain for noodling. Ive done it with others including top handle saws, but 20" most effective IME. I cut to 16".

    That wouldve been epic Eric. You and me and a couple trucks for that score. Idve done it! Imagine that showing up in CT??? And youre right. In 3.5 years on here thats the largest hedge ive ever seen.

    I didn’t think Osage got that big either. I would easily go 45 minutes for that.

    I’ve cut some 28” stuff but I believe that those are well over that. Lots of splits & btus in those trunks.

    None around where I live now, some where I grew up a couple hours east.

    only stuff I ever tried to cut was some old hedge posts back when we first started heating the shop with wood. That didn’t end well for the chain.
