Good morning! 56F and a little fog, sun is coming through. I split some short rounds (12"-14") last night for mini bundles and laid them out on pallets to dry. I always need to think ahead about inventory. Did some string trimming. Spraying will happen tonight along with trimming some trees. Have a God day!

 

Morning all. campinspecter decided to sleep in this morning and I thought I was going to have to go to Mom's today to pick up her car. It has a wheel bearing appt tomorrow. campinspecter brought the car back last night so I am headed up to the church to help with painting again. We should be able to get the last coat of paint on the walls and the first coat on the door and trim. It really looks nice with the first coat of paint.

We got a little less than an inch of rain over the past two days. Every little bit helps.

60⁰ and nice air, heading up to near 90⁰.

I'll be heading to NH today. Up to WeldrDave's property for a visit and possibly some cutting. It's also an opportunity to fill a couple of gas cans with non-ethanol gas.

Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. 74° and cloudy with some sprinkles. We did get 1 load of logs yesterday, then kept 2 of the grandboys for awhile. Hope to split some oak this morning, then we're taking the same boys to Dr appointment in Augusta this afternoon.

Morning All. Headed down island with Mom's car for its repairs. Sounds like it will be a hot one so Shadow will be staying home. We were supposed to get rain last night but I think it is just heavy fog out there. Lower part of the island is getting dry with a couple of forest fires burning. Thunder and lightening storms haven't helped the situation. We really live on the best part of the island.

Good morning! 59F and sunny, a little warmer today. Scored a few pallets last night and added to the collection. Sprayed around things in the front of the property and trimmed a few trees. Bible study at church tonight. Have a God day!

Reasonable summer day ahead. 85⁰ and a bit muggy.

Homebound today after day tripping to Winchester NH yesterday. Maybe a quick trip for groceries, after a morning walk.

I was able to get some ethanol-free gas in addition to catching up with Dave.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. Last day off, and it's slow raining......has .6" since midnight. Guess we will do some saw maintenance, other inside projects, go visit a friend and bring tractor home from logging site. If we had the canopy up, we might could split some wood, but it's probably swampy up there. Guess the Lord knows we need a little rest.
