Good morning All, the view of the rivah drinking coffee this am. Chilling a bit before we head to the beach...

 

Started at 55* warming up to mid 70s.
Started out foggy but clear blue skies now.

Morning All. I seem to have missed a day here. Made a trip down island yesterday with Mom's car for work done on it. No A/C, no cruise control, no electric locks, no electric windows but it runs good. Took us back to the "good" old days traveling. Serpentine belt was changed and it needs to go back for a front wheel bearing. campinspecter heard it on the way down.
Headed over to Mom's today to return the car and get some odd jobs done around her place. Our weather has changed to rain and mist but it is supposed to clear up this afternoon. We will see. I think it is going to be damp for the rest of the week.

Good morning! 69F and cloudy. Had a brief rain shower this morning and it is supposed to clear up for the next few days. I made some spruce kindling last night. It was pretty dry and went quick. Music practice at church tonight. Need to change oil in the mower before the next cutting. Yard is getting shaggy. Have a God day!

 

Good Morning. We had a nice trip to the cabin, and came home yesterday to celebrate my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary today.

One morning out on a nice lake adjacent to the BWCA
One afternoon down on the shore of Lake Superior. Inland it made it to the mid-70s most days after lows around 50f. The water here is 42f, so it is always nice and cool on the shore.

 

That's nice when it's close to home. Did your day go better than before?

 

That's pretty. Looks similar to the beach we saw in Whitefish Bay this spring.

Got to cut the big yard we do this morning, takes about 3 hrs, then again...
At least it's a few degrees cooler, had a light shower last evening.

I took advantage this morning of cooler/less humid air to lift, split(as needed), move, and stack some red oak for 2 hours. I topped off 2 racks and covered them for a 3yr nap. It felt good to do that!

I have PT in a couple of hours.

Good morning! 60F and sunny. Looks like a beautiful day on tap. Roadside stand was seriously depleted yesterday so I made bundles and stacked lots of loose splits to get it ready for the weekend. I need to make more bundles tonight and start filling another IBC tote with shorts and uglies. Have a God day!

Morning all. Heavy fog this morning with the prospect of sunshine. We had a good day at Mom's yesterday. Too wet to cut the grass so it will have to wait another day or so . Headed up to the church today to put together our children's packages for Sabbath.
