Good Morning, Brothers & Sisters Thread

Afternoon All. Well, campinspecter was getting ready to leave to go get another load of firewood and our electricity went off. I wasn't planning to go with him as I was going to work on a project. He left and then I realized that the project I wanted to work needed the internet and the other computer to be on. Duh! So I spent two hours digging in the garden instead. Now we have power and internet but the computer on the other end is still off. I definitely will find other things to do. I hope everyone's day is going great.

Morning All. Up early so campinspecter can head out to get another load of firewood while it is still cooler. I am headed over to Mom's to pick up her car. We are headed down island tomorrow and her car needs some work done on it. I got a few things done yesterday even though I didn't get to work on the project I wanted.

Good morning! 66F and sunny. Weather looks beautiful for the rest of the month. Got rain off and on yesterday. Went back to the train sale last night and filled a box with goodies. Found some really nice pieces, most in boxes and probably never used. Tonight I need to make firewood so I can reimburse the bank. Tree service dropped a nice little load of silver maple that I'll process this weekend. Have a God day!

Going to do a little work at our church first this morning, then may split more oak if time allows. Got a cord load to deliver.

Good morning! 61F and partly sunny, with a little fog earlier. Last night I split some seasoned cherry and made bundles to refill the roadside stand. Then I made a few bags of kindling. I split some maple and walnut to finish off a couple IBC totes I started last week. I enjoy working in the evenings this time of year when the temps start to moderate and I have some shade. Bible study tonight. I may grab some spruce rounds I bucked several months ago and make kindling with the 4 way wedge. I'm building up an inventory of pine and spruce so I'm thinking about offering larger bundles of kindling to use it up. Have a God day!

Had to get a CT scan of my chest this morning. Guess it is going to be a routine thing since I am a former smoke.
Picked up a dozen ears of corn on the way home. We have been getting it from that family since I was a little girl. Yumm.

Got the work done at the church, back home by 11, had time to get 4 rounds split and stacked on the trailer. Got to buck and split more this morning, we want to deliver it Saturday.
