I guess what I'm saying is...for me and my ways....if big brother said you only need one saw..you have to sell the others. The 562xp stays ;)

This is why I made the suggestion of the 400 because of it still being a fairly light saw but has some power to pull a 25” if needed

Being a Stihl guy im not well versed in Husky and a 62cc saw can buck some serious wood. A 20" bar goes a long way too. What size timber will you be cutting?

My 2 main firewood cutting saws over the past 8 years have been a 50cc Stihl ms261 and a 60cc Husqvarna 562 XP. I flirted with a 70cc Stihl 441 for about a month and found my 562 performed as well and was easier to use. My 562 gets 90% of the use for my needs. It wears a 20 inch bar, but will pull a 24 when needed. If I could only have 1 saw it would be the 562xp.

It's gotta be some big wood before I bust out a bigger saw than my ported 350. That saw does it all.
I have a ported 65cc saw, but it doesn't see as much use as it used to when it was my only saw. I feel bad for not using it as much.

I’m a ported 50cc guy myself. 20” 3/8 chain and let the chit fly. For 24”+ stuff I’d go up to 70cc

The smaller saw should serve your needs just fine although cutting "smaller" logs with a big saw is always fun. I run my Stihl 500i (79cc) with a 20" bar (not all the time) and it devours logs.

Coming from a Husky guy ill take that as a compliment. :handshake:

Ill go a spell not using it, fire it up and forget how much fun it is to cut with.
