i went with 2.29lb chuckie 8.7lb pork shoulder...onion powder,garlic,powder,mustard powder,good paprika,salt,pepper,pinch of allspice and pinch of chipotle
i saw a hole in one of the casings when i was cleanin them,but let it go....so i found it!!!! the blowout one got cooked for lunch along with what was stuck in the tube
its excellent!!! the upfront flavors are the mustard powder,then garlic and onion....kinda like a plain ol german type of thing....you can taste the meat
SKEETER McCLUSKEY the sausages look great! Thighs for dinner again. They were $.99lb this week so I had the mrs pick up a few more packs. Marinated these in bachans for about 5hrs then seasoned with meat church holy gospel. Cooked @400⁰ for an hr.
