Fortunate to be able to have purchased a used Husqvarna 395xp from a friend who cuts BIG firewood ! This is the biggest saw I've ever had..and I like it ! Now I'm out looking for big wood to cut ! Makes a great stumper combo to my 562xp. This will hopefully help us get into a little Alaskan Mill too down the road.
Pretty lucky to get a good deal .
I put on a new air and fuel filter...spark plug and sprocket. All tuned and ready.

Congrats on the "new to you" saw. That'll cut some serious wood for sure. Never have run anything bigger than my 500i at 79cc. One of these years i will. Dont cut a lot of bigger wood.

I love the sound of an idling 395! Probably get one when if I ever have a spare grand.

  The jig is up, its my employers saw. I will be using it with a 36” light bar on the big Willow Oak on Wednesday. FYI for future 500i purchasers. I got it for $1129 with a 32” light bar. I wish it was in my personal stable, but I’ll be able to review it more thoroughly in a work environment.

Sure is a nice sound ain't it? Sometimes I start my 394 just to listen to it  . Congrats on the new saw HoneyFuzz ! Is that a 24" bar on it? Just for S&giggles I've thrown a 20 on my 394 and let me tell ya, it's like a hot knife through butter.

When I first lit up my 394 after piecing it back together from a box of parts, I had that moment. Reminded my of an old dirt bike when I was a young'n.

You have the same bar on your 562xp as I do, but mine is 24". Nice 395 and wish it was mine.

A 395 would be nice for parts availability, but I got a great deal on a big redhead so had to take it.
    Nice saw.

I got a great deal on a 395XP off evilbay slightly used. Until you cut with one, you never knew what you were missing.
